Bacon Toast



This is full of meaty bacon with toast breakfast table to enrich it, this bread will be rubbed into the surface in the saute bacon, fermented baked thick bacon toast of every fragrant roots deep into the fibers, soft meaty taste tangy exudes from the inside out, if you are a person that absolutely love the fleshy not miss.




Bacon Toast (450 grams toast box two)
Material: high-gluten flour 500g, sugar 60g, Salt 6g, 1 egg, yeast 4g,
Milk powder 20g, water 260g, butter 50g, Bacon 100g.

Practices:

Tips:
1, different kinds of flour water absorption is inconsistent, adjust the amount of water please.
2, my home oven temperature too high, the original prescription is 200 degrees bake 40 minutes, the temperature as appropriate, the adjustment.
3, grilled toast to hot stripping, on the cooling rack and cool thoroughly before slicing.
